You’ll need a granite vanity top, an undermount sink, a jigsaw, a sabre saw or circular saw, a drill with bits, a tape measure, a marker, screws, sandpaper, and silicone sealant. Also, ensure you have safety gear, including work gloves and safety glasses.
Preparation and Measuring
Start by removing the old vanity top and sink, if applicable. Clear the counter space and measure the vanity cabinet’s top dimension. The granite vanity top should be cut to fit these measurements precisely.
Measure the sink’s dimensions, including the rim-to-rim postholes for undermounting. This will help determine where to cut out the sink opening in the granite.
Cutting the Granite Top
